Went to watch the phantom of the opera on friday, and I have only one thing to say, if you haven seen it go watch it...though its a bit late to say this but well there's always london and las vegas to catch it.... so for those who have seen it i think most of you would have the same sentiments as me. Its the most expensive ticket I ever paid for but I don't regret it =). It was totally different from watching it on screen. The music, the songs, the pyrotechnics, the props and the special effects. Its the first time I had so much fun at the show. yups, memorable.... though i will be quite broke for a few months wahaha...

secondly, when i tried out the entrance exams questions for ntu today, i was totally stumped. The questions looked vaguely familiar but solving them was impossible. It was like, " I know this is differentiation but well, how do i SOLVE this?" Leaving your brain in a constant slack mode has degenerating effects. I was thinking if i had to do the test to enter a university, chances are they would not accept me. I really need to put my act back together, its not an option to pick things up when i go to university.

Well, making my brain work once in a while should not be detrimental, i hope.

Anyway i am looking forward to watching phantom of the opera on friday. yea...

eh went to pan's bdae party-thing-planned-by-char-and-panbdaecom today...well kinda elaborate with all the "surprises" and stuff... touching =P maybe char can go be some wedding planner or the likes... well 21 is a signifcant age right? can go watch R21...can go and vote...can go gamble at the new sentosa gambling den...opps casino is it? got many of Pan's uni frens lar... quite fun... then yuhang, mel, (char and mr zha) =P, and me went to walk ard clarke quay, reminds me of love river in kaoshiung but there more quiet more romantic... ours is like so crowded and bright lar... then we went to little india... to show mr zha our small cultural enclaves before he goes back to taiwan... i almost first time kena lost in little india..but in the end we still got to eat at Komalas villas... yuhang had the "spread" which he didnt quite finished... lolx i ate plain dosa and i think i suffering from indigestion now... =X oh mr zha was quite a nice guy lolx

hmm today when i went to my appointment at the skin centre i saw...rather i heard this shouting from far away while i was walking towards the skin centre from tan tock seng... at first i tot it was some madman ranting.... well hospital... so maybe some pple are there for head problems...but then when i walked nearer... it was actually a madman shouting at his kid... then the madman jaywalked across the road...leaving the child standing on the other side of the road... when i crossed the road when it was green i saw the girl in tears... she was about 6 maybe 7, and was sobbing away... decided not to do anything lar...wat can i do? then later as i continued my way to the skin centre the madman started shouting "Mind your own bloody business! This is a family matter!" at a passerby who i guess tried to help the poor girl... well... what can we do? some people are plain mad.... shouting at the top of his voice at both the child and also at good Samaritans... (some people think they can just win by shouting louder i think), which is totally immature....
anyway i didnt do anything but i did make a mental note never to such a crazy thing... =S

dreams are funny things... at least mine are they abruptly end... its like the dream knows you are going to wake up and it stops at the most crucial part... just like how serials end... just that I never got to continue the next day... today's dream or rather yesterday's dream... i was giving a girl a ring...hmm yups u'll never guess who i tot it was =X then before she responded my alarm clock went off... just then! drats maybe i shud sleep earlier today =P

Went to watch Exquisite Pain today at the Esplanade. hmm i think i will blog a bit after watching productions... at least take sth away from it...
well this is about a story about taking your personal pain and comparing to someone's else pain... day after day till you grow desensitise to your own pains coz well at some point of time it will become overly repetitive and well event o some extent boring... maybe that's what they mean by time heals all wounds...maybe not heal but the scars fade away... i think they achieved this effect by stringing many different events together so you'll feel that many incidents happened... so many such that they mute out your own sorrows... coz you AREN'T the only person in pain... there are so many other people who are out there who are unhappy. its not only about you. so get on with life instead of wallow in self-pity. 0.o well so what happened after all the reminiscencing? Nothing actually comes out of it I guess.

well some parts are sure funny abt how some one is sad cos he cant feel unhapiness or pain is the physical pain associated to a visit to the dentist. to the touching parts about how the head of the nails on coffins are broken off and stuff. yup it was good.

today went to see char's concert and i saw tcfc! tan charmaine fan club... so many pple went from her juniors to her seniors her friends aiyo so many =P... but note to self if ever i suffer from insomnia go to a string orchestra concert..no offence char but strings got this hypnotic effect on me that puts me to sleep... but i din sleep okay.. it was yr concert...

good service and bad service

i would like to commend the bus drivers of SMRT service no. 927 for being very considerable bus captains, reason being they understand the problems we face with taking that service. Partly because the bus have certain timings so if u miss the bus u gotta wait a long time for the next one and partly because the bus stop is situated quite a distance from the camp. Sometimes its quite frustrating to see the bus drive past you and away from the bus stop when you are still walking towards the bus stop. The friendly bus captains of this service actually make it a point for you not to miss the bus, which is commendable. yups, sometimes when you are really in a rush you will really appreciate their understanding.

i would like to highlight bad service too. That day i went to the skin centre and i felt kinda hungry so i stopped by this new shop at novena square. Theres this new take 5 by old change kee. i ordered sth with noodle. cldnt rmb what but then they say no noodle only curry chix got noodle.. its like hullo i can read and it says bread/rice/noodle for both.. ok i din argue then i aksed for the meal, 5 bucks and theres this sure win lucky draw thing they supposed to give me which they din. then i asked for green tea as my drink the person gave me a lemon tea. I asked them to change it... and in the end i got my green tea but? no ice no cup great just open the tab and drink? then i waited for more than 15 mins for my rice to come even though there wasnt a long queue... its good to see new concepts but pls buck up on the service? you make me unwilling to patronize you again. your food can be good, (oh it wasnt so good) but service quality must be there.

have you ever watched a mute monochrome movie? well maybe charlie chaplin? but well i am living in one... and guess what the plot sucks... so pple will just fall asleep watching it... great... its just flashing images, and it repeats most of the time... it lacks colours, sound and that special something... what would u do to make it lively? i dream in colour but my life is all black and white =(

just waiting.. waiting for one day when the missing elements are introduced to make the picture whole... will it ever happen? when will it happen? heaven knows... maybe its today, tommorrow, next month, next year? never? i guess the only way out is to wait...

okay wanted to blog abt this for quite some time... do you have frens that have been there for you ever since pri sch? yea maybe... many? how many of them u rmb... or better still u forgot? and think abt yr sec sch frens, tuition mates... and even jc or poly pple... your most recent ex classmates... and what abt pple u met thru camps, activites and wat not...? how many of them do u still keep contact with? maybe well they are yr frens on friendster or you added them to msn... do u really keep in contact? kinda sad what is left is usually memories... memories that may be erodded with time when everyone is so occupied with their own commitments... sch, work, family life, bgr, current frens and the like... soon there will be no time for memories, no time for you, no time for me, just busy... cold very cold... guess its reality everything moves so fast that we just gotta live for the moment and well forgo the past looking into the future...

at the end of the day which memories will u cherish the most? wat will u never ever forget? your happiest moment? when u are in the pits? or is it the moment of shame?

its good to have a person or even a group of pple that you'll be able to collect memories with and slowly fill up the glass bottle in your mind... once a while u can reminiscence by digging into this jar full or memories... so full that u wun even feel it if one or two was forgotten... who would commit when there are so many commitments?

maybe i've changed maybe i've not... lets hope its for the better

just hoping it would become a nice movie... a happy one... filled with memorable moments...unforgettable experiences...

this warrants a new posting... some thing i learn thru theses years of failure... If you have a crush or liking for someone then its hard to believe in this. You tend to analyse or think too much into whatever the person does and try to relate to you bah. Thus if one does not fool himself or herself into believing that the person he or she likes will like them back in return, the hurt caused when they found out its not the case. So do not have great expectations that things will happen the way u envision, rather think of the worst case scenario and work your way up, if the feeling is mutual then be pleasantly surprised! haha maybe this is utter crap but well its a lesson i learned. =)

trying to put a few months of my life in a wrap... a freeze before time slow erodes my memories......

POP loh! graduated from basic militar training... kinda changed for that period of the time..but i think i am back to my old ways during the block leave... gaming..chatting...and sleeping late and waking up late... haaaa tasted civilian life again... no more rushing here and there...

got my posting... combat medic...read up a bit on whats its like..should have a better life than being at sispec or ocs... but there always the uncertainty of going to which unit later... i wouldnt mind going back to pulau tekong as a medic..heard its hell at some of the units

hmmm my leg... when for physiotheraphy that day... they told me i had a loose ligament... cant run?? cant jump?? okay... and they cant do anything except physiotheraphy... din like it coz they work muscles u usually dun use
so they was aching and pain..sianz

class dinner
had it at fish and co. that was the first time i ate fish and co... fish and chips there was really ONLY fish and fries... but then the portion was big enuff to make u full... dun reallie like seafood so din try the seafood platter.. it was a time to catch up on the others..what the **** we have been doing in camp... what the others were doing outside... we took pictures outside the glass house... i admit i am a hillbilly... i dinnoe the love sign was there -_-''' okay... everything got its first... then we when lanson place... where some of us stoned and the rest chatted the nite away...

organised the section outing with the exclusion of bed four(that bastard).... haha we actually called him to tell him about the section outing budden he was busy so we couldnt direct him to some farover place to get punked... anyway i dinnoe there was 5 different crystal jade outlets in taka..when we arrived some went 2nd floor and 4th floor when i was at the basement.. anyway we had it at crystal jade kitchen in the end... haha spent lots of time deciding wat to eat... eventually yy ordered sth that looked like combat ration haha... after lunch we went to cine to watch v for vendetta...impressed by the dialogue full of Vees maybe i will post it here... looks like germany though it is supposed to be in britain... quite meaningful bah..about the revolution and everything...the plot is good..though the blood looks ultra fake

had it at charmaine's place..i din even noe abt it till the morning of the stayover...played murderer, told ghost stories (hmm i dun have the talent for ghost stories..i make em sound boring), did some lame stuff... not very happening lar only got abt 8 pple there... watched charmaine walking the dog in the morning then we went to mcdonalds at pasir ris to have breakfast (yuhang and lyanna left for their canoeing comp)... yep that was abt it

It seems to be common logic, but i feel that many people still do not understand this. I have always believe in that if somebody does not offend me, i will not offend that person. Furthermore, if anybody did me a favour i would return in kind.

Some people are just immature. If u make fun of people because of something, most probably you are damned afraid that it will happen to you. Making yourself popular by mocking others is a cheap way to socialize.

Look at your own achievements, if they are not that outstanding, do you have the right to laugh at him/her? Some people should just reflect on what they are doing, some of their friends should think of whether it is right for the first group of people is doing. If u know yourselves, good for you. If you cant relate to what i am saying, either u are not who i am refering to or you are too deep into your ego.

Last but not least, when u apologize u should mean it... don't turn aroud the next moment or next day and do the stupid thing again. Don't u feel that u are no better than a childish brat if u are like that? Dont apologize if you are not sincere about it. If I did something i felt was wrong in the past, i am quite sure i apologized. If u still bear grudges so be it, i cant do anything about it.

its been abt 2 months since i last blogged... prelims is over and the results arent any great... BDE and i suppose an O for physics... really studied for math lah..so an improvement form the pathetic D... well anyway i got C5 for GP, shudnt be a surprise..i wasnt good at it anyway....

well, grading is around the corner on Sunday, if i pass i will change belt to green =) still so faraway... haha

hmmm its like 5 weeks away from A levels and 7 weeks from freedom ahhhh! just hope i can get decent grades for all the subts.

oh i went for the RSAF seminar lah... they did not even bother to screen thru our eyesight lah.. i can even qualify for their AEO not to mention..their WSOs and pilots.

These hols i haven been studying a lot so i think my results would probably suck a lot and i would have to work my ass off to pull the next one (prelim) off. Most of my mcqs was gambling and i think my luck wasnt very good this time... what if they have 5 options like last time? i would probably die...

hmm what was interesting during my hols? famine camp? aiyah not very much since it revolved around slacking slacking and more slacking... then i have also been eating lots and so i am all chubby again =P oh yes got this ns checkup lor they measure this and measure that and gave me a PES D wow... okay pes d is a temporary category for pple who hasnt been given a confirmed pes cos like me i have high myopia 0.o and so maybe go in army cant see die.... so must go back and check eyes aiyah most probably get pes BP 16 weeks BMT for mildly obese recruits.

You MUST concentrate and not let your mind wander into the depths of darkness. You will be very busy (think talenttime library stuff and new cca: tkd and not to forget the studies). ok nvm... today spend a lot.... what i buy today....
1. a battery tester- check my rechargeable batteries
2. very mini-speakers -14.90..... i tried them,.....not very good
3.Naruto keychain with kunai and froggie--- DAMN the naruto fell out at PS.... just after i bought it cannot find!!!!!!! grrrrrr!
4. A Naruto collectable figurine (my second one to form a set of ten)
5. 2 shaman king comics (3,4)

about 40 bucks lor... but nvm christmas mah....
yar hor went the specs shop today and tried contact lenses ..going to get my set on wednesday... funny feeling wearing them.... geez look no specs....

out of cdrs.... burn my naruto anime too much
